Departure Preps and Cargo Transfers for Station Crew

The Expedition 27 crew members aboard the International Space Station were busy packing and transferring cargo Monday as preparations continue for the departure of Commander Dmitry Kondratyev and Flight Engineers Cady Coleman and Paolo Nespoli.

On May 23, Kondratyev, Coleman and Nespoli are scheduled to enter the Soyuz TMA-20 spacecraft and undock for a landing in Kazakhstan. To prepare for departure, they gathered and packed items for return aboard the Soyuz TMA-20 spacecraft.
